Just when I thought that this company and my store couldn't get anymore DUMBER they go and show how easy and how pathetic it is to get promoted at such a horrible company. By far the worst grocery business I've ever worked for, Staters was the best I wish I could go back, Albertsons well its the people that make you stay there not the job, at least there you actually have to be qualified to be a manager Trader Joes just doesn't care about if you know your shit or not. I'm ready for a change I'm so glad I sent in my ITT paper I can't stand to work for idiots anymore, especially if they promote a certain group of people wow I would be so embarrassed to be even working there.
